Решение

2.1 Pit‑less installation

• Вызов: No pit allowed – the lift must be installed directly on the existing concrete floor.
• Решение: 2‑cylinder, 4‑rail design. Lifting frame J160×80×4mm, carriage frame J100×50×4mm rectangular tubes. The unit is anchored directly to the floor.
• Преимущество: Saves civil work costs, shortens on‑site installation time – zero‑excavation deployment.

2.2 Electric forklift ramp loading

• Вызов: An electric forklift (deadweight + load much heavier than a hand truck) must drive directly onto the platform. A height difference exists.
• Решение: Add a 680mm long, 10° ramp welded integrally with the platform, plus 1.2m high guardrails around the platform.
• Преимущество: Gentle slope ensures smooth forklift entry/exit; guardrails prevent falling. Smooth material flow within a limited space.

2.3 Roller door interlock
