2.1 Corrosion Protection: Hot‑Dip Galvanising + Multi‑Layer Coating
Approach: Conventional stages have no corrosion protection. This stage operates fully submerged. Solution: hot‑dip galvanising (sacrificial anode protection) + epoxy primer + PVC topcoat.
Advantage: Dual protection – even if topcoat is damaged, the zinc layer continues to protect.

2.2 Eco‑Friendly Medium: Water‑Glycol Fluid
Approach: Hydraulic oil leaks produce oil films on water. Switched to water‑glycol fluid – transparent, no visible film. Paired with hydraulic water cylinders and water pumps.
Advantage: Zero water contamination, reduced maintenance, pure visual effect.

2.3 Three Independent Rings: Enhanced Choreography
Approach: Outer ring Φ7000mm, middle Φ4900mm, inner Φ2800mm. Each lifts separately (travel 600/1000/1500mm) and rotates independently (VFD, 1‑5 min/rev).
Advantage: Full creative freedom – complex motions like inner rising while outer rotating, synchronised with water, wind and lighting.

2.4 30m Remote Piping: Redundant Pre‑embedding
Approach: Pump station 30m from pit edge. Pipes must be embedded before stage arrives. Redundant interfaces added because fountain hole locations are not finalised.
Advantage: Proactive coordination avoids delays; redundancy absorbs site changes.
2.5 DMX512 Unified Control: Sync with Lighting & Fountain
Approach: Industry‑standard lighting protocol DMX512. Each ring has three position states (low/middle/high) and three rotation states (forward/reverse/stop), with repeat positioning.
Advantage: Stage motion can be choreographed like lighting cues – true water‑moves‑with‑music, stage‑rotates‑with‑light immersion.

2.6 Tight Access: Segmented On‑Site Assembly
Approach: Entrance only 1500×2000mm – a fully assembled Φ7000mm ring cannot enter. Solution: fabricate each ring in radial segments (each ≤1500mm wide), transport separately, weld in the pit.
Advantage: “Divide and conquer” – fits through narrow access, reduces on‑site lifting difficulty, modular interfaces maintain factory‑calibrated performance.
