Solución

2.1 Pit‑less installation

• Desafío: No pit allowed – the lift must be installed directly on the existing concrete floor.
• Solución: 2‑cylinder, 4‑rail design. Lifting frame J160×80×4mm, carriage frame J100×50×4mm rectangular tubes. The unit is anchored directly to the floor.
• Ventaja: Saves civil work costs, shortens on‑site installation time – zero‑excavation deployment.

2.2 Electric forklift ramp loading

• Desafío: An electric forklift (deadweight + load much heavier than a hand truck) must drive directly onto the platform. A height difference exists.
• Solución: Add a 680mm long, 10° ramp welded integrally with the platform, plus 1.2m high guardrails around the platform.
• Ventaja: Gentle slope ensures smooth forklift entry/exit; guardrails prevent falling. Smooth material flow within a limited space.

2.3 Roller door interlock

• Desafío: Roller doors must interlock with the lift to avoid mis‑operation and safety hazards.
• Solución: Integrated electrical interlock system – door and lift are interlocked: when the lift is running the door stays open; the door can only close after the lift has stopped and is correctly positioned at the floor.
• Ventaja: Eliminates safety risks, improves operational efficiency.

2.4 CE certification & export compliance

• Desafío: Export to the EU requires CE certification (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Low Voltage Directive, EMC Directive).
• Solución: Dual fall protection (chain + wire rope), fully enclosed diamond‑mesh enclosure, emergency stop button. Full technical documentation provided (drawings, risk assessment, CE certificates for key components).
• Ventaja: Reduces the client’s certification cost and customs clearance risk, ensures smooth entry into the EU market.

2.5 Compact packaging & shipping

• Desafío: Long‑distance sea freight – the client requires the smallest possible package size to lower logística costs.
• Solución: Ship in wooden crates, module‑based splitting of main components, optimised packing dimensions.
• Ventaja: Reduces total volume, lowers sea freight and port charges, avoids oversized‑cargo customs issues.
