2.1 Pit‑less installation

  • Challenge: No pit allowed – the lift must be installed directly on the existing concrete floor.

2.2 Electric forklift ramp loading

  • Challenge: An electric forklift (deadweight + load much heavier than a hand truck) must drive directly onto the platform. A height difference exists.

  • Advantage: Gentle slope ensures smooth forklift entry/exit; guardrails prevent falling. Smooth material flow within a limited space.

2.3 Roller door interlock

  • Challenge: Roller doors must interlock with the lift to avoid mis‑operation and safety hazards.
