1. Vehicle-Mounted Integration — Rigid Chassis Connection

Unlike conventional fixed or mobile lifts, this platform mounts directly to the mining vehicle chassis, traveling to operational sites with the vehicle. The base frame connects to the vehicle frame using dedicated mounting dimensions, ensuring structural stability during vehicle movement and operation.

3. Retractable Overhead Canopy — Underground Mining Protection

Designed for underground rock fall hazards, the platform features a hydraulically retractable overhead canopy (855×835mm, 530mm stroke, 100kg). The canopy includes 24V work lights for visibility in low-light underground environments.

4. 24V Low-Voltage Safety System

The 24V DC system runs on the vehicle’s battery supply — no external power required. All lighting, canopy drive, and control systems operate at safe low voltage, meeting underground mining safety requirements.
