Требования

The space is limited, and the customer requires the platform to be able to move in all directions for position adjustment. The platform must have a load capacity of 5 tons with remote-controlled walking and lifting, and it should be equipped with a canopy for outdoor rain protection.

Challenges

1. The platform’s minimum height must be less than 700 mm while lifting a weight of 5 tons.
2. All-direction remote-controlled movement requires high positioning accuracy.
3. The platform must remain stable during loading and unloading, with wheels that cannot slide.

Решение

The platform chassis undergoes deformation treatment, with the drive mechanisms positioned at the four corners to avoid interference with the central lifting mechanism. Steering wheels are used for driving, allowing for omnidirectional movement with high precision, heavy load capacity, and a self-locking feature. Additionally, four electric support legs are installed to ensure the platform remains stable during loading and unloading.
