Custom design options to push, pull, tug, move, or transport our lifting products.

We provide both manual and powered mobility options, such as adding wheels, casters, tires, or air casters. When the lift or load is heavier, we offer powered-driven transport options to include powered drive wheel(s), air-powered casters/bearings, or chain drive systems.

Gradin has all the mobile options to give you the flexibility and maneuverability required of your lift equipment. If you don’t see a mobile option from our list below, give us a call to discuss your lift transport requirements.

WHEELS

Gradin fits the scissor lift base with wheel sets for light to medium-weight material handling applications.

CASTERS

Heavy-duty caster wheels are offered to handle tough loads and move material across a variety of surfaces.

POWERED DRIVE WHEEL

Mobility for heavy loads becomes easy with a powered drive wheel to help move materials effortlessly across the plant floor.

AIR POWERED – AIR CASTER/BEARING DRIVE SYSTEM

An air-powered drive system that uses air bearings for air flow through a single-operator controller.

FIXED TRACK-RAIL GUIDED

Heavy capacity and/or repetitive environments may require mounting a lift with manual or powered wheels to move up and down rails.

2 WHEEL ELECTRIC DRIVE SYSTEM & 2 WHEEL HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM

For linear traversing applications where heavy loads must be precisely positioned and moved.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER PUSH/PULL (LIMITED HORIZONTAL TRAVEL)

For short horizontal distances that can accommodate the cylinder assembly.

MAGNETIC MOTION FOR HORIZONTAL TRAVERSE

For when the contact of electric motors, switches, or air systems is prohibited.

FORK TRUCK POCKETS

Gradin adds fork truck pockets to the base frame of a scissor lift to conveniently move it to another location.
