Usage
The brewery operates in a unique environment, utilizing a lift platform made entirely of 316 stainless steel for transporting hoppers. This stainless steel meets anti-corrosion and cleanliness standards, ensuring high usage frequency, and is integrated with the central control system for automated operation.
Design Challenges and Solutions
- The control system uses the Siemens S1200 series integrated with the central control system to achieve automated operation.
- A leveling anti-drop system has been added to ensure precise alignment with the conveyor system.

Safety Features
| Emergency Stop | The equipment controller is equipped with an emergency stop button. Pressing it immediately halts the operation. To restore functionality, turn the button counterclockwise after the emergency is resolved. |
| Protecție la suprasarcină | The hydraulic power unit is equipped with an overload relief valve. If the weight exceeds the rated capacity, the valve directs the hydraulic pump to perform internal circulation, preventing the lifting platform from rising. Normal operation resumes once the load is within capacity. |
| Explosion Protection | The cylinder has a built-in explosion-proof valve. If the hydraulic oil line disconnects or ruptures, the valve locks the hydraulic oil inside the cylinder, preventing sudden pressure loss that could lead to platform descent. |
| Manual Descent | A built-in pressure relief valve in the hydraulic power unit allows the platform to descend by its own weight in case of power loss or failure. |
| Phase Loss Protection | The distribution box includes a phase loss protection relay. In the event of a phase loss, it enters a protective state, cutting power to the motor to prevent damage. |
